I picked up this one from the street. I don’t know exactly what is his problem. Was he too dry? Or feets too wet? Can I even same him or is he beyond that point ?
This looks beautiful but also possibly like thrips damage? Highly recommend quarantine away from other plants til you figure it out.

I also suspect a severe thrips infestation.
I would isolate the plant, cut off the leaves, perhaps repot it with fresh substrate, cover it with a plastic bag (to create high humidity)… and simply wait and see what happens.
