Are these brown marks concerning? Ive Only had this precious for 6 months and am still learning about care. Got this from a home gardener with a MASSIVE collection who decided to share. This friend lives outside, zone 9a or 9b I think. Just had a lot of rain and moisture so I'm assuming that's it. Any help/advice is appreciated! Also took three tries to learn this isn't a cactus and is a very specific kind of succulent!

This looks like sunburn
Water only every 3 weeks. Could be staying too wet for too long in that pot. Sitting in water? I’d take it out of the decorative pot. Remove all the leaves for the top? Retaining moisture
