I think thats running water..thats going down hill somewhere. I think there has been massive erosion from that heavy rains that it found the path of lesst resistance.

Any possibility of a water or sewer line running through that part of the yard?

Question 1 – Do you own or rent this property? If you rent, please call the landlord immediately and report to avoid future issues, if this is an issue.
Theories/If you own:
It doesn’t look very deep, but to me, that’s concerning. I would wonder if that running water is sewage from your or a neighbors home that is escaping via a cracked pipe. Or, maybe its clean water, but there is a broken pipe.
Do you have sprinklers over there? Could be a broken sprinkler line jist constantly running water.
I would turn off all water faucets in the house, male sure no one flushes and then check my water meter at the curb of the house/sidewalk and see if my meter says water is running. If water is running via the meter, and all water inside your home is off, then you got yourself a water leak and you’re paying for all that water.

Hope it’s not running under your house
