As you can see i have a lot of succulents and carnivorous ones, so I tend to underwater and neglect my plants. My SoH definitely needs more frequent water and at this point I'm wondering if i can just cut it into sections and replant it. The top section is quite sad and the new growth is tiny!

I struggle to give it even lighting with my lights, i usually just drap it along different shelves to try get them some exposure.

Appreciate any tips!

I have a similar looking plant (in terracotta). I just started watering more and Iโ€™ve added some worm casings to the soil. Iโ€™ve also added some rooted cuttings to the top and they seem to have taken hold and are sprouting. Iโ€™m not sure if itโ€™s the time of year, extra water or worm casings but my SOH are starting to recover rapidly.

Look up the butterfly method. That worked really well for me but you have to stay on top of them. I made the under watering mistake too.

You could wrap the vines in a circle and pin them down, add a little bit of soil on top and water lightly. They will sprout new vines from the small tubers and fill out the pot. This is what I do without having to chop them. ๐Ÿ™‚
