What are these?

Picked these up about a week ago and put them in water, but I’m not actually sure what they are. I wanted to understand if or when i might see growth, because compared to other clippings I’ve had over this week, these don’t seem to be showing any roots yet. Maybe it's too early. I’m a beginner 🙃
