A Walk in the Garden invites participants to explore Manly’s historic Ivanhoe Park Botanic Garden on a guided morning walk, discovering its unique landscapes, history and plantings. Following the stroll, join us at MAG&M for coffee and a curatorial tour of the Garden Variety exhibition. Featuring works by Natasha Bieniek, Lucy Culliton, Nic Fern, Michael Kempson, and Louise Zhang, the exhibition reflects on gardens as metaphors for nature, culture, and human imagination. Presented as part of MAG&M’s CEAD program, the event combines outdoor exploration with artful reflection.
Please meet at the Ossie Merrett gates, near the corner of Sydney Rd and Belgrave St, Manly, at 10am. The event finishes at Manly Art Gallery & Museum.
