A quick tip!! The waxy stuff on the leaves is called farina. It looks like a bunch is wiped off on yours & has thumb prints on it. It’s a part of the plant & it protects the plant from sunburn/acts as a waterproof barrier, aides in pest protection, helps prevent damage to the leaves, & probably more.
Try not to wipe it off. It’s a good thing!! Your PVN will thank you

Lower leaves get reabsorbed which is natural. But other leaves are showing signs of thirst

Also, old leaves die from the bottom up. That’s just how succulents grow. Yours does not look thirsty
