RARE PLANT SCORE! 🌿 Grand Opening of the NEW Celina, Texas Lowe’s! | Monstera Thai Constellation & More
We are finally here! Join me for a massive plant hunt at the grand opening of the brand-new Lowe’s Home Improvement in Celina, Texas. Located right off Preston Road, this highly anticipated location is officially open, and I am heading straight to the Garden Center to see what Costa Farms has delivered for the big debut.
If you are a houseplant collector in the North Dallas suburbs (Prosper, Gunter, and McKinney—this one’s for you!), you know that grand openings usually mean fresh stock and some serious rare finds. Today did NOT disappoint!
What we found today:
Monstera Thai Constellation: I managed to find a massive, stunning specimen from the Costa Farms Trending Tropicals collection. The fenestrations and variegation on this big box store find are absolutely incredible!.
Monstera Pinnatipartita: Another rare gem spotted in the wild! These are finally hitting the shelves, and the texture on these leaves is a must-have for any Aroid lover.
New Store Features: Since this is a brand-new 2026 build, I’m showing off the 30,000 sq. ft. outdoor garden space and the first-of-its-kind self-service paint kiosks that are making waves in North Texas.
