Should I repot now?

My fiddle leaf fig tree seems to be upset! It had been doing well and when the winter began I noticed that roots were coming out of the pot. I thought I could make it through the winter, but its leaves are starting to turn yellow and the roots have grown a lot more. I haven’t changed anything.

Should I repot now or try and wait until the spring?

Any recommendations would be appreciated !
