I have an indoor lemon tree. It bloomed twice last summer and fruited both times. For the first half of the winter it seemed happy. Then it suddenly started to drop all of its leaves. Is there any chance of reversing/reviving this? Any tips would be appreciated. It gets lots of light and I water when the top inch or so of soil is dry

I have no experience with lemon trees but does your pot have holes at the bottom for the water to drain? and did you grow that from a seed??
Lack of light and fertilizer will do this especially if you didn’t prune it in fall. I’d also check the soil as well as look for bugs
Id fear overwatering, the pot looks massively oversized to me
