Advise repotting

I got these last year like 3/4 months ago,

I'm planning on repotting, I researched for the substrate it needs but I'm not sure of the size of the pot.

Should go with different pots for each cane?… I guess that would be more of a personal pick, tbh I rather have them all together but it would be nice to have some other opinions.

Should I wait for the new leaf to grow?

Would it be beneficial for the plant to go a little deeper when repotting? It seems to be planted almost at the surface.

Any advise is very welcome 🌞 🌿
