The bottom of this PPP is bare, it lost some leaves back when I had it in a spot where it wasn't getting good enough light. But now it just looks kinda ugly? Should I chop and prop? Should I try air layering the leggy part on the bottom? I just dont know what to do with it. It doesn't attack to the support pole.

Did it root anywhere in the pole at all?
I dont think air layering is worth the hassle personally. I’d just chop between every node and put them damp moss (for the nodes with no leaves) until they root or start growing new leaves. or a glass of water for the nodes with leaves until they have a couple inches of roots. Also putting multiple plants in the same pot will make it look fuller and healthier.
Yeah, you wont have much of a plant for a few months while everything is propping and growing roots. but I think it will look much healthier and happier in the long run.
Personal preference here again- but I dont grow my PPP on a pole anymore, I prefer to keep her pruned lower and bushier
