This ambitious friend will be moving in with me shortly. I am planning to cut it to about half it's size, just below the area of the stem that's bare of leaves. This will leave me with roughly one additional meter of plant. Has anybody had success dividing the cut of part in multiple cuttings, trying to root each? I've done this successfully with other (different species) plants. I'd love to know if it's worth to try it. 🙂
