Over the past few months, the leaves have become very dry and starting to slowly yellow. i do water it regularly but I think it's going downhill due to being too close to the floor vent, as result drying out?
I'm assuming that's the cause. I have since relocated it away from the floor vent (approx 2 weeks) but haven't seen much improvement.
Should I consider trimming the tree down to start over at this point? Or be a bit more patient as it recovers?
