I have this philodendron birkin that was doing well but got too big for its pot and had a long stalk in between leaves. I repotted it a few weeks ago and split it off into three pots. This is the bottom part. The leaves have been yellowing one by one and dying. The small one in the purple pot is the top part of the same plant that seems to be doing great. Middle part of stalk isn’t doing too well.

Did you just cut and repot? If so, it’ll take some time before it bounces back
