You have a little of everything. I see aphids and their exoskeletons and I think I even see a few white flies. Quarantine immediately and treat surrounding plants the same way! Ugh, the black stuff looks like thrip poop too. Captn Jacks Dead bug if you want to try and save it

Looks like aphids. They love to eat flowers. I usually rip off the flower stem if I see it starts to get aphids. Soapy water mix works to clean off the plant. Or rubbing alcohol and water mix works too.

Methylated spirit 75% conc. spray dont soak just spray it on, and remember it takes multiple rounds of spray to kill them usually one for 3 days no matter what spray you use, you can watch succulents with liz her videos explain this spray in detail.

Isopropyl alcohol solution spray and cotton buds.
Treat any and all insects with the solution 1-3x.
Remove from soil and rinse off roots.
Repot and replace soil.
Monitor for return.
If return.
Buy a horticultural soaking solution and mix at 0.5-1% and soak for 30-45 seconds fully submerged then rinse off immediately.
