These photos are taken at a nursery. Almost all their succulents have this cracked corky texture on them.

    Cracks are usually overwatering the second one I am not sure.. maybe sometype of infection?

    I don’t know much about it, but I fertilize mine naturally and I’ve noticed that when I put it on the plant (rice water or banana water) it gets stained.

  4. The first one looks the corking you get with flat mites. It’s definitely not healthy.

    Cracks *can* be overwatering, but these look like healthy happy plants that came to this nursery and became infected with a number of things (mites, thrips, mildew, etc). Don’t buy anything there!!
