started all of my seeds last night, this is my second year i’m just wondering if these need water i dont rember how everything looked when i started last year lol.
They don’t look like they need water at the moment. The pods will turn light brown when they start to need water.

Yes. If they are dry…which from the photo looks like they are…you water. From underneath. Allow them to wick up water for 15-30 minutes then dump any remaining water. Seedlings with heat mats and under lights will dry out faster than seedlings that are outside or not being started under lights.
If you are unsure of when your seedlings need water…you should probably get a water meter. It will tell you if they are over-watered, under-watered or just right. Consistently moist is what you want. Not wet. Not dry. Goldilocks soil.
