I need help. I’ve had alocasia for several years and i feel like I can absolutely never get them to thrive. I switched to pon and i feel like they do well for awhile but never have more than 2-3 leaves and then just go dormant. I’ve recently started moving my babies in a chunky perlite/fluval or moss mix and even with that they are pretty stagnant but maybe I’m just being too impatient. What’s everyone’s tried and true method for alos?

Light, humidity, and the right amount of watering (soft water, not hard) seems to work for me
