Probably dead unfortunately
Dry and crispy means dead my friend.
When was the last watering?
Did it experience any freezing temps?
Those roots are dead, maybe the rest too. With dead roots it cannot drink. The best you can do to save her is to behead, cut off the rootball completely. It’s an energy sink and a rot liability. Cut off any obviously dead leaves, leave the most green ones. If there’s life in the crown she might push out new roots over the next few weeks.
