I was just gonna show off my chilliplants but then I Google for a translation of peat pallet and found out you are supposed to take of the fabric/paper lining before re-potting for the first time. I lifted it up to look at it and the roots don't seem to have trubbel breaking out but now I'm wondering if it's going to be a problem when the roots grow thicker. So i have 2 options.
Leave it be
Or
Carefully cut open the fabric with a small scissor and hope that roots will form in the new openings
