Set to take place at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, from May 7-10, the festival will see the debut of the ‘Blooming Borders’ category, competing for RHS medals.

Six ‘Show Gardens’ will highlight the ingenuity of both emerging and established UK garden designers.

Among them, Ian McBain’s ‘ONE’ garden showcases sustainable living for the 8 million single residents in the UK, blending sustainability with contemporary aesthetics.

The ‘Crafted Garden’ by Jamie Dobinson embraces the therapeutic wilderness of British woodlands, while Chollipo Arboretum’s garden brings forward a touching narrative on resilience and respect for the environment.

Lora Peneva’s ‘Pressed in Time: Nature’s Memory’ promises a peaceful journey through the fragile beauty of both living and preserved flowers.

Nick Anthony’s ‘TÎR: A Welsh Landscape’ is a tribute to Wales’ historical and scenic evolution, while ‘Lifted by Birds’ by Tom Saunders, Jon Pilling and Amie Wheeldon, in collaboration with the British Trust for Ornithology, aims to be a sanctuary for British birdlife.

The RHS-judged indoor plant gardens make a comeback, sharing exhibitors’ perspectives on integrating nature indoors.

This category includes Alina Hibbert and Adam Critien’s 1970s-themed ‘Back to Grandma’s House,’ Lynne Dibley’s serene ‘Dibleys Houseplant Sanctuary,’ and CANNA UK’s innovative ‘The Science of Sustenance’.

‘The Scholar’s Jungle’ by Abbi Dixon offers a plant-infused home office solution.

A new category, ‘Blooming Borders,’ allows seasoned and novel garden designers to demonstrate their flair and compete for a coveted RHS medal.

Paul Nicholson’s ‘Reflective Memories,’ highlighting nostalgic plants, will be relocated to Moat Park Retirement Village and Care Home in Essex post-festival, fostering a heartfelt space for residents.

The feature gardens, ‘super soil’ by Martyn Wilson, Jon Wheatley’s ‘Grow Your World’ Kitchen Theatre, and ‘The Biophilic Blueprint’ by GrowTropicals, each sport their unique charm.
