Pre emergent on Bermuda grass

Last year I had a real issue with crabgrass. Soil temp is almost 55° here in NC & I am hopefully going to get ahead of them with a pre emergent. Which one of these do you recommend? Or is there a better one out there? Do I need to worry about rain once I apply pre emergent?
