Newbie – what to do with Ron Weasley (aka my parsley)

Hi guys! First time embarking on this hydroponics journey and I’m just happy that, for once, I haven’t killed every green thing in my house (yet).

My pride and joy right now is this little parsley (Ron), but I’m trying to figure out 1 – if I need to replant him into his own pot, and 2 – if I do, how do I protect his crazy root system?

Appreciate any help or advice!
