My grandmother’s backyard (Eastern FL)

It’s full of wild growing Spanish moss (*Tillandsia usneoides*) and there’s a few other wild Tillandisas growing in the crooks of the trees that I haven’t gotten good enough pictures to identify yet

Was able to roughly confirm species when she brought a few bundles of it up the last time she visited me. Unfortunately the plants did not survive the climate swap (I live in the northeast) or I’d include photos of them too. She’s also been informed that poaching wild plants isn’t great, even if they grow in her own yard lmao

She’s living my goddam dream that’s for sure! I hope I’m able to make it down there to see them in person, or at least get some good photos of their next bloom
