I live in Belgium and my garden has a good amount of shadow, it also holds water (too well). I seeded last year and mowed really short (2cm). It now has lots of moss (especially shadow areas)
I was thinking:
airating (hollow cores)
Scarifying
Seeding
Sand+topdress
What are tips you have for me?
