Hi all! Can someone help me figure out why my philodendrons leaves are yellowing ðŸ˜has been such a happy plant for a while, and even popped a new leaf this past week! It is in well-draining soil, under timed grow lights, in a pot with drain holes… water ~once a week. Am I overwatering/underwatering?

Make sure soil dries pretty well between waterings & once you’re sure there’s no root rot, a bit of plant fertilizer might help. If plants need nutrients for new growth, they’ll pull the nitrogen from older leaves to grow new leaves. Keep in mind that if there is any roots rotting, the fertilizer will just speed up the rot. Usually you’ll get dark dead areas on leaves if there’s root rot. Do some investigating though, as leaves can go yellow from other causes like lack of quality light. If the stem(s) get(s) long & stretched out between leaves, that indicates it needs better quality light.
Keep in mind that the plant ages from the bottom up. The top looks great so the plant may be shedding some older leaves. If it were my plant I might consider topping it and keeping the bottom to see if it sprouts from the dormant buds. I did that with mine and they developed 2 leads and a fuller plant. Of course propagate the top and let it grow.
You don’t have proper aroid soil and missing the moss pole. You have to mimic their natural environment for them to thrive, right now she’s surviving.
Lmk if you want suggestions on both of these.
