My plant has been turning her leaves yellow and falling at some point (sometimes just the leave, sometimes the whole branch).
I also see that almost all the leaves has folded ends.
I'm careful with watering as AFAIK and people tend to over water it.
I water it once every 2 weeks (around 1.5 L / ~33oz of water).
She's permanently placed there, the never hits the plant directly but she gets a great amount of sunlight (Northwest oriented)
I'm using a universal soil/mix and changed her to a bigger pot a year ago.

Possibly there’s a rubber band wrapped tightly around the stems in the soil. They do this in the nurseries and then don’t remove them. I’ve seen several plants here with this issue.
