I drove through Avalon woods. Donโt like the layout of the neighborhood at all. Especially for the money.
Park side trails seems real nice. Drove through there too. Models are beautiful. Didnโt realize paying Orange County taxes though. Lake haven estates by the same builder should be lake county taxes I would think. Same with the David weekly builders reflections on Schofield seems like itโll be beautiful too. They havenโt advertised prices yet for either I donโt believe.
