They are from the exact same plant, but the top was grown under a grow light, whereas the bottom one was grown outside under a tree (partial sunlight). I wonder if that is what impacted the color difference.
Since they are different environments, do you repot one more often, water different, have different substrate w a higher grit to soil ratio btw them, and other stuff that is relevant to the same plant being indoors vs outdoors?
I noticed dullness when the substrate was depleted of nutrients. Of course this is just one possibility but I am curious if you repot one more often than the other especially.
