Definitely the first and maybe the last one. You said it’s hard for you to keep them from turning brown that’s why I pick the bottom but the top one is way too pretty to leave. Plus it can be a learn experience

Second from the top
I’d probably go with the second from the top. I like them with a lot of streak and speckling. The top one looks the nicest but those large white patches usually brown pretty quickly.
