This is all one plant, I have another Philo i need help with. If i can, I'll post it in the comments.
The leaves are quite oily and dusty because i. applied neem oil and never cleaned it, and yes it had thrips before but that ship has thankfully sailed. I have absolutely no idea what it is though, I can't for the life of me ID Philos! I got some cuttings gifted and propagated them
Also: climb, hang, or trail?
