Can someone help me save my plant?? Iโ€™m obviously a beginner with plants, this is my first one. I bought it a few months ago and it looks so sad ๐Ÿ™
At first it was growing really well, but then it suddenly started drying out. I have no idea how to take care of her. Sheโ€™s been in the bathroom in the shade. I water her when I think the soil is very dry, but Iโ€™m not sure if the bathroom humidity is enough or if I should move her somewhere else.
Help please!

Last picture is how she used to be ๐Ÿฅน

it seems like maybe this baby already had some root issues developing. the yellowing and drooping can mean root rot. what i would do is carefully take her out of the nursery pot and check the roots first. then snip off any mushy roots and prune the dead stems. then propagate her in a like a mason jar with distilled water. Continuously monitor her roots and she should start to perk up again.

Honestly it’s just looking a little dry to me. How long does it take for the soil to get “very dry”? I water mine once a week but you can do even more often too; with a well draining soil and pot it’s hard to over water it.. When you water, water all the way through until water starts leaking out the bottom.

They don’t tend to care too much about humidity. I live in Colorado (super dry) and have my photos right above a vent (extra super dry) and it’s happy!

If yours is in the shade it will definitely grow slower and may lose some of the variegation.

You can also trim the long vines back and any yellowing/dead leaves and vines off.
