Those are 4 months old? What light are you using and have you been keeping them covered with the humidity up???

i’m not an expert in growing from seed as most of my mature plants i got from cuttings, pads or juveniles but you should be keeping them fairly humid at this stage with a good source of light, some of the cheaper brands of amazon especially claim to be grow lights but barely give enough to support healthy growth, would probably be better to move near a west or east facing window but away from direct sunlight to get them growing faster since they should be bigger than that at 4 months.
