I’m no expert on these plants, but I like the yellow ones and wanted to buy one today. I decided to ask you all before making a decision, so I bought something else, but will go back and get one if If they’re natural. These are at my local Walmart.
I’m hesitant and unsure because I bought a blue orchid recently only to find out it’s a dye job after I got it. I’m into plants and know a decent amount, but still have a lot to learn obviously.

Not dyed but also not their natural color really they’ve been cultivated tp have that color the downside is they have to be grown on a rootstock ( the green dragonfruit stem) or else they’ll die but at the same time the dragonfuit being a tropical species of cactus will want more water than the top bit so you inevitably wind up killing one or the other.
Mutation that they don’t produce chlorophyll (Green colour) so they are brightly colored.
Because of that they can’t get nutrients and will eventually die.
That’s why most are grafted to other cacti to survive.
Also they don’t last long.
