Repotted monstera 7-8 months ago, there has been no new leaf since then and a few older leaves yellowed and dropped off, we assumed it was due to transplant shock. Few other leaves are now turning brown and crispy at the edges. We are sparingly watering it since it was previously overwatered and there was some root rot which we cleaned up when we repotted it. I'm clueless on how to save this, I want the current leaves to survive and I also want it to produce new leaves like it used to before we repotted it.
The plant is outside in a roofed balcony with a skylight, so it does get bright indirect sunlight

your soil looks very clay-like?
I can’t quite tell, but is it planted too deep?
Repot her into too an adequat aroid mix 🙂
The soil is too dense and compact and I think you might be under watering it now.
Better soil
Not to deep in soil just roots none of the stem or stalks only roots they don’t usually do soil as they climb most of there life ….only feeder roots are in soil for nutrients
Soil should have some nutrients of not feed her
Chunky, well draining tropical soil mix. You are suffocating your plants root system. Once you switch the soil, water when the top few inches are dry.
I have been using Fox farms, happy frog mix, and adding orchid bark, sand and some sphagnum Moss and coco coir to the mix and my guys seem to like it pretty well.
