I’m new to caring for plants in general, and this is the longest I’ve been able to keep any plants alive. I’ve been collecting several of them (plants in general) and learning how to take care of them while I learn how to take care of myself, so please be kind. I’m still learning.

Yes cut it off. It won’t recover and the plant can focus the energy back to the healthy leaves.
Needs some ferts, too.
