OLD LYME, CT – On Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Town Hall, Duck River Garden Club will host a program on historic gardens across the state.

Laurie Masciandaro, site manager at Roseland Cottage in Woodstock, will guide attendees through the history and enduring appeal of 16 celebrated landscapes.

The Historic Gardens in Masciandaro’s exploration represent a range of styles and time periods. Each garden offers insight into the ways in which design, horticulture, and local history have shaped outdoor spaces and inspired visitors for more than a century.

The event is open to the public. Donations will be accepted. Visit duckrivergardenclub.org for more information.
