Is he hopeless😱

He been stop growing for quite some time, compare to how fast he was thrivin when he came. Im afraid he cant survive since he is no longer growing n the last 2 poor leafs r not lookin healthy

What i think might be the reason:

1. Theres a peroid i was waterin like per 3-4 days n i used to water em per 1- 2 days, n the leafs starts turning yellow so i cut quite some yellow leafs

2. Its almost winter the time where i start cutin, but its not really that cold here, its like 15 to 20°C
