My variegated definitely takes longer to get some hangers but I still love them. One day the owl will get his hair cut.

So, I dont know why because I just ignore mine and its fine, but some people struggle with SOP. If you haven’t had a SOP before I would not get a variegated one because they grow much, much more slowely.
I had one for a bit but it seemed to need more care and attention than the standard/it grew really really slowly so when I had to downsize i gave it away.
Still regret it a bit, but I didnt have space for everything

Variegated, for sure! 😊
On some plants I love variegation, but on a SoP it just makes the plant look a bit messy/chaotic. I prefer classic, non-variegated green pearls.
I love string of pearls posts. They’re my favorite succulent. I’ve never even seen a variegated one in person before, but I have mine.

I just got variegated cuttings a week ago, my standard has been my pride and joy! 🙂
