I've moved my fig, from a sunny window, north facing to a room where there is no direct sunlight, but there still is heaps of natural light. This was done yesterday, on checking it today, I saw these, quick google search said do nothing. what could these whites be, a fungi?

Fungi. Harmless. But it means your soil isn’t draining well enough which isn’t ideal for flf
I know it’s not what you were asking about, but can you move it back into the sunny window?
Mold isn’t harmful in of itself, but it is a sign that your soil is staying too wet. The plant is probably using less water since you moved it into a darker spot.
