Put in the most light you have and never move it. Unless it hates that spot. Mine is near west facing windows but trees shade it a little in the hottest summer months. A north facing window is also near it. They love light!
Set it smack in the middle of your brightest window! Water it very deeply and get all the soil wet. Then make sure it’s not sitting in water and then don’t water it again until the top layer of soil is nice and dry again.
Also don’t repot it until it is used to your home and starts growing again.
