My Schefflera's leafs are darkening and falling since a while, and you can see it's not standing well as compared to before (photo 4 is from around a year ago).

The pot has drainage and I only water once every 10 days. I even stopped watering lately until the soil is very dry to not drown it.
The plant should be getting enough light, it's sitting next to the window.
The temperature is around 19°c in the room.

How can I help it get better?

It doesnt have enough water to survive. You can see it is very droopy and shriveled. How much volume of water are you using when you water it?

Is that a heater I see right behind it in the first pic?

Is it getting cooked being so close to a heater that’s trying to keep the room at 19C when there’s snow outside?

I would unpot and check the roots since you possible overwatered previously. Though, it’s a good chance this just needs a heavy drink. Make sure you are thoroughly watering when you do, you want to make sure the root ball is evenly saturated.

It might be getting too much direct heat from the radiator. Try moving it further away. It looks like heat stress to me.
