I think that’s varigation baby! I’m still in my learning phase of my plant life so I would love for somebody else to confirm my suspicions, but I think your plant is becoming variegated! Some plants have been bred to have different patterns on the leaves in the form of lighter areas. However these lighter areas don’t have as much chlorophyll so they are less able to process light and perform photosynthesis. So you’re only going to see the variegated areas show up if your plant is happy and has enough light! seems like you just have a happy guy on your hands!
