Oh wow. 😐 I’d chop just 2 nodes below the leaves and you can either discard the rest Ooooooor propagate it. Also acclimate it to a brighter spot

That’s great it’s trying its best and putting out new growth! Honestly, your best bet is probably to “chop and prop.” Essentially start over. I’ve had to do this with a Cebu Blue in the past.
The healthy growth can be trimmed off; if you keep a larger piece you may want to chop it into a couple separate cuttings. Propagate in water or your preferred medium, and then give those babies a fresh pot of soil once healthy roots are present. It will probably take a few weeks. As your plant establishes and continues to grow, you can keep trimming, propagating, and put them in the same pot to get a more voluminous plant. Like an infinite plant glitch haha :p Good luck!

The only way to fix it is to chop that vine and propagate it in water. U have a lot of what they call “wet sticks” which are nodes without a leaf attached. When I have vines that get too leggy, I cut beside the nodes and put them into sphagnum moss to root. They will root and make leaves, u just have to be patient. Good luck! I’ve not propagated a scindapsus pictus plant yet.
