Thanks for the advice!!
Thank you for the good advice.
Great content brother. 🎯💯🤛🏾
I got a question, so if you were to have to buy a lawn mower let’s say a 24 inch and there was a residential version and commercial version ( of which it would cost a little more) of that 24 inch same exact look, brand and stuff which would you pick for medium to maybe large size lawn front and back?
You are SO awesome for sharing all this knowledge, Lil Brother. Question: How do you manage storage (for equipment and vehicles)? Did/do you operate from your home? Also, what would you say are the absolutely "must-haves" to get started? Thank you, and God Bless!!
Suoerb advice on getting out there. The kombi/multi head systems are a must. So much more versatile to transport and store if needed.
Really good ideas. I'm into stump grinding and tree work but the theories still apply.
I love Stihl products but I find them kinda expensive compared to other brands but I swear by stihl and Milwaukee
new here , my concern is not getting paid after a service being new in the field. lets say I charge 80 for a cut and trim and blow. and I do the service, if they don't pay then what? I'm not leaving without half my pay if they're not satisfied. do you all charge upfront ? half first , complete then get other half?
I can't be dealing with none paying clients like some of ya'll do. But I'm interested in the craft and considering. If Im not paid after my service .. (youtube guidelines – final destination 2025 – lawnmower scene – go watch it) lol..
Thanks for this video and being honest and keeping it real. I wish you much continued success 🙏🏽
Thanks for being so honest, this video motivates me a lot mate cheers
Yup, and as a gardener, I was thinking, why not use my skills for landscaping and or lawn care. And then God blessed me with contract, and I hope to earn some more.
hopefully my company is big like ur one day 🤞🏼
Just getting started. I'm using the Craftsman tools I already had been using at home. Getting ready to buy a used zero turn. Gotta start somewhere!
Thanks fam
I retired and found myself very bored so about 5 summers ago I started mowing lawns. I mostly wanted something to do and get some exercise. Boy did I find out quick the crazy demand for this service. Here is what I started with and what I still use….
$250 lawn mower…it’s light, 45 pounds, easy to manoeuvre and lift on and off my truck
$100 battery operated trimmer
Thats it. Obviously a gas can and some oil for the mower. But for approximately $400,provided you already have a way to transport a lawn mower, you can start your own business.
I work part time and if I want it would be no problem to make that much in one day, even after expenses for the day such as fuel, on your own with the same basic equipment I use….for those who might need to borrow money and are worried about paying it back.
Anyone who has a means to transport a lawn mower should never complain about being broke.
Let’s go, very insightful video! 💪
I'm watching and listening to all the videos to gather all the information and get into the business. Thanks for the advice, good work.

My experience throughout the years with Landscaping you can’t go wrong with buying the individual tool for the individual job because you can factor what jobs you’re getting and what tools would be used the most somebody start off getting one combination tool is fine but always carry a backup combination tool, especially if you’re gonna beat that one up it like putting all your eggs in one basket you can’t go wrong with the investment with the attachments but if you’re on a job site and that motor goes out all your equipment is in that one motor
Solid video and positive attitude 👍🫶
Dang yeah attachments thanks a lot. Im a go getter too and i want to get back into it. I was doing brakes on the weekends and suspension on peoples cars. Then stopped because i had my regular job too. But i do not want to be dependent on my main job anymore i want to work for myself full time and snow blow in the winter.
