hi everyone! im having troubles with my plants. im not sure what is going on but it has been 2 weeks (?) since it started.
started with one leaf, from my monstera (3rd pic) but i thought it was exposed to direct sunlight. but now its happening to 2 plants — monstera deliciosa and philodendron white wizard.
also, theres this some weird glittery things on top of the soil. im not sure whether that caused it because i cant find anything online.
do let me know what i should do, thanks much!
