Originally I thought they are just new leaf buds, but now I just realized they are actually flower buds, it’s triplets!
However I am overall concerned, see images, it’s growing so well and strong it broke the moss pole, the upper stem is very thick, and I dunno how do I correct the growth now. Any suggestions?

Simply need bigger support I’ve seen people move to large boards or similar decorative solutions, key is: strength and stability. That coir pole was just overtaxed. Would likely require a repot, but I’d wait until the flowering is complete. Congratulations, though, that’s one happy plant if it is flowing indoors.
Firstly: Congrats on your new family! Secondly: you most likely need a bigger sturdier moss pole, super easy fix. Something girthy like this:

It’s difficult to see what kind of decorative pot you have it in, but a heavier pot would help (if it isn’t already heavy) so it doesn’t tip.
