In the last 6 months I turned my front yard into a productive food forest kitchen garden. I created this video to show you how easy it is and that you can grow a tonne of food in a small space like I do!

  1. Not the point of this video, I know, but before you started your amazing food forest, you had some seriously beautiful grass. 💚

  2. That's awesome.! I have my backyard little garden too but I've got two possums on our roof they keeps coming down to sneaky my fruits and vegetables 😢😢😢😂😂😂

  3. Beautiful garden. Inspirational video for current and future gardeners.
You definitely encouraged me to start my own garden.
Your 12square foot garden is actually very big for those of us with smaller limitations😊.

  4. I've never seen anyone pull up their herbs by the roots, we always just cut what we needed, and let them go to seed, then you get more free herbs next year.

  5. I’ve never heard anyone say “broccolai” instead of “broccolee” is it an Australian accent thing? Or maybe just certain areas in Australia? I’m just curious, as a Canadian we say many weird things that others haven’t heard before 😆

  6. So quick question…what do you put in your water pail? Looked brown like coffee?? Nutrients or something? Asking for my garden!!

  7. Amazing food forest! Im not sure if i missed it but what climate region are you in? Ive tried ginger soooo many times with out much success 😞 (warm temperate zone 5)

  8. My friend, from way over in USA – let me say – very good job. Your gardens look good and healthy. I have garden in the ground but thanks for showing how to make the above gardens. I will add two to four in the backyard this year. Continue success and I wish you a good 2026. May it be healthy and full of wealth.

  9. Hello did you place plastic at the bottom of your raised bed? To avoid the grass growing up and disturbing the plants ?

I placed cardboards at the bottom of my raised bed but the lawn came up and is if full of lawn

  10. So beautifully done. I have a question – why is it necessary to put cardboard and wood at the bottom of the bed, why can we let the roots of veggies seep in if required and just fill with soil
