You have Mealybugs!! Use a mixture of 25% isopropyl alcohol and 75% water and clean your plants throughout. Use a q-tip to get in cracks and crevices.

Mealy bugs and separate your plants asap. They will move to your other plants and they can be hard to get rid of if you’re not following a diligent protocol to kill them. I would put your FLF and any other affected plant in a separate room and treat all of your plants, even ones you don’t see mealy bugs on
